Woohoo! Summer is finally here and I’m not sure where you are in the world, but you can definitely feel it here in Southern California. But I’m definitely complaining. While I’m not a huuuuge outdoorsy guy, I do appreciate bright sunny days and do love taking in the beautiful scenery that SoCal has to offer. I was so stoked when Lydia and Gene said that they wanted to have their engagement session at the Ramona Grassland Preserve because it’s a location I’ve been wanting to shoot at for a while and just haven’t gotten the chance to do so…until now! But enough about this gorgeous location…Let’s talk about this couple and the reason why you’re all here!
I had such an amazing time getting to know Lydia & Gene and instantly fell in love with how sweet and gentle they are toward each other. These two told me that they’re awkward in front of the camera, which I soon found out was a LIE. They took my direction and prompts with such ease and made my job so easy. Plus, look at them.. They’re adorable.
Lydia + Gene, it was SO fun photographing you two and your loooove and I can’t wait for your wedding later this year!
