When she met him, Lisa instantly felt a tug on her heart strings that Jason was the one for her. Jason, however had the complete opposite feelings toward Lisa and wanted to simply be best friends. Years went by and Lisa learned to let go. Still best friends, these two did everything together including frequent trips to Disneyland. He said it would take a miracle for him to fall for Lisa. Careful what you say, Jason! That’s exactly what happened! One morning Jason woke up with only one thing on his mind; Lisa. The day went by and still Lisa was at the forefront of Jason’s brain. Not being able to shake this feeling, he did subtle gestures to give Lisa hints that he had indeed fallen for her. Confused by these gestures, Lisa went to the Lord for guidance and confirmation. Knowing that they now both shared the same feelings for each other, Jason decided to ask Lisa to court him (after asking her parents for permission, of course) during one of their Disneyland trips. Jason had the perfect plan. He was going to send a relationship request to Lisa on facebook, wait for her to see it, and watch as she got all excited and said yes. Sadly, Disneyland doesn’t have the best internet connection. So Jason, kept nudging Lisa to check her Facebook. When she finally saw it, “yes” was her answer, obviously.

The final proposal happened during one of their dates at PF Chang’s. Jason learned how to steam fortune cookies to soften them up, remove the original message, and put his own handwritten fortune. Lisa opened her cookie and was stunned by what she saw. PF Chang’s was going down hill. They started hand writing their fortune’s. It wasn’t until she finally read the fortune that she knew what was going on. Jason had the finally popped the question. Friends and family surrounded the couple in the restaurant and shared this amazing moment with them.

Fast forward to April, 20th, 2012. The big day.

Jason had Lisa’s bible rebound..oh and hid a diamond necklace in it. No biggie.

A deep blue pond, dancing fountains, and the delightful smell of spring surrounded the couple during their ceremony at Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula, California.
